Esther-fied: Wayfaring Stranger

Hello, my name is Esther and welcome to Esther-fied!

Keeping it simple and sweet, I’ll be covering songs that hold sentimental value to me and then “Esther-fying” them. What is the definition of “Esther-fied,” you ask? Well, I’ll leave that up to you guys to decide

Esther-fied: Wayfaring Stranger:

This song is an old american folk song originating in the early 19th century, but it is more known by Ed Sheeran’s cover of it.

When I first heard this song on my Dad’s favorite cassette tape, I had no clue what the song was about. But then I realized that not knowing was the best part of listening to the song, because I could have a different interpretation every time I listened to it.

Hope you enjoy listening as much as I did recording!
